Start your weekend with some nourishing and mindful movement, a little sound work, breath work and a brief meditation. Our yoga classes are taught by one of our experienced ashram yoga instructors, and are designed to deepen your mind-body connection, your interoception (the ability to sense what is happening in your body) and also provide some stress and anxiety relief. $15 donation per class requested (donate here), or whatever you are able to contribute.
